目的 :研究扫雷艇磁场复合噪声、高温对机体微循环的影响。方法 :采用三因素二水平正交方法 [L8(2 7) ]设计实验 ,以微循环显微镜和照相裂隙灯显微镜检测 8次实验的暴露组与对照组兔球结膜毛细血管和微静脉管径。利用自编的计算机应用程序进行t检验及多因素方差分析。结果 :磁场对球结膜毛细血管管径有非常显著影响 (P <0 .0 1) ,温度对球结膜毛细血管管径有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,三因素及交互作用对微静脉管径均无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :磁场和温度对兔球结膜毛细血管管径有一定的扩张作用 ,未见三因素之间的交互作用对微血管管径有显著影响。
Objective: To study the influence of microwave noise and microwave hypersound on the micro-circulation of airframe. Methods: The experiment was designed by orthogonal experiment with three factors and two levels [L8 (2 7)]. The diameter of capillaries and venules of the conjunctiva in the exposed group and the control group were detected by microcirculation microscopy and photomicroscope. T-tests and multivariate analysis of variance were performed using self-compiled computer applications. Results: The magnetic field had a significant effect on the diameter of the conjunctiva capillaries (P <0.01), and the temperature had a significant effect on the diameter of the conjunctival capillaries (P <0.05). The three factors and the interaction on the microscopic There was no significant effect on the diameter of vein (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Magnetic field and temperature have a certain expansion effect on the diameter of conjunctiva capillaries in rabbits. There is no significant interaction between the three factors on the diameter of capillaries.
