From May 15 to May 17, Li Lingshen, president of China Industrial Textiles Association, went to Youxi County, Fujian Province to investigate the development of leather substrate industry. Youxi County magistrate Yang Yongsheng, deputy mayor Lian Renkui accompanied research.
