以6年生玫瑰香葡萄为试材,研究了Y型架和篱架不同叶幕层的光照强度和产量分布,测定了果实品质和芳香化合物。结果表明:两种架型的光照强度与叶幕层高度、宽度分布有显著的相关性,Y型架在高0.2~0.6m和1.8m处的光照强度优于篱架;但在1.0~1.4m则低于篱架。Y型架61.61%的产量集中在定植行两侧0.3m,高度1.0~1.4m的范围内;篱架55.90%的产量集中在定植行两侧0.15m,高度0.6~1.0m的范围内。Y型架果实总糖和抗坏血酸含量分别为16.13%和8.72mg·kg-1,显著高于篱架(14.54%和7.21mg·kg-1);Y型架果皮原花色素含量为4.72mg·g-1,显著低于篱架(6.30mg·g-1)。Y型架和篱架果实中检测到芳香化合物种类为32种和30种;萜醇化合物的相对含量分别为32.91%和6.33%;其中,Y型架果实中里那醇的相对含量是篱架的5.7倍,可见,Y型架葡萄果实风味优于篱架。
The 6-year-old Muscat grape was used as experimental material to study the light intensity and yield distribution of Y-shaped frame and the different leaf layers of the frame, and the fruit quality and aromatic compounds were determined. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the light intensity of the two types of shelves and the height and width distribution of the leaf curtain. The light intensity of Y-shaped racks at 0.2-0.6m and 1.8m high was better than that of the fence. However, m is below the fence. 61.61% of the yield of Y-shaped frame was concentrated in the range of 0.3m on both sides of the planting line and 1.0-1.4m in height. The yield of 55.90% of the fence was concentrated on both sides of the planting line within 0.15m and the height of 0.6-1.0m. The contents of total sugar and ascorbic acid in Y-shaped frame were 16.13% and 8.72 mg · kg-1, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in frame (14.54% and 7.21 mg · kg-1) g-1, significantly lower than the fence (6.30mg · g-1). There were 32 kinds and 30 kinds of aroma compounds detected in the fruits of Y-shaped frame and the fence. The relative content of terpene-alcohol compounds were 32.91% and 6.33% respectively. Among them, the relative content of rileol in Y- 5.7 times, we can see that the fruit of Y-frame grape is better than the fence.
