高职院校实行英语分层教学模式,根据学生的英语基础、知识及智力、技能等,因材施教,有的放矢,同时经过阶段学习,实行“走班制”。“走班制”在提高教学效果和改善学生学习方面有一定的促进作用,但也存在许多隐患和问题。通过对分层教学下的“走班制”存在现象及问题进行分析研究,提出相对应的有利于这种模式更有效实施与发展的对策与措施,从而提高学习者与施教者的兴趣与成就感。
The vocational colleges implement a hierarchical teaching model of English. According to students’ basic English, knowledge, intelligence and skills, students are taught according to their aptitude and targeted.
