以非洲菊胚珠为试材,研究供体材料的基因型、取材季节、发育时期和小花类型对胚珠培养的影响。结果表明:45个非洲菊基因型胚珠诱导培养90 d时,有29个基因型能诱导出不定芽,不定芽的诱导率超过10%的基因型仅有3个,不定芽诱导率最高达17.7%。胚珠诱导不定芽的效果为:夏季>春季>秋季>冬季;非洲菊花药未吐粉前,花序越成熟,不定芽诱导率越高,诱导时间越短;舌状花的诱导效果略好于管状花。四因素对非洲菊不定芽诱导效果的主次关系是基因型>季节>发育时期>小花类型,基因型是决定非洲菊不定芽诱导效果的重要因素,小花类型对不定芽的诱导效果没有显著影响。
Gerbera ovules were used as materials to study the effects of donor genotype, harvest season, developmental period and floret type on ovule culture. The results showed that 29 genotypes of adventitious buds were induced by 45 germplasm germplasms at 90 days. Adventitious buds had more than 10% of adventitious buds with only 3 genotypes and adventitious buds up to 17.7 %. The effect of adventitious buds induced by ovules was as follows: summer> spring> autumn> winter. Before germination, the more mature inflorescences were, the higher the induction rate of adventitious buds was and the shorter the induction time was; Tubular flowers. The primary and secondary relationships of four factors on induction of adventitious buds of Gerbera jamesonii were genotype> seasonal> developmental period> floret type. Genotypes were the important factors that determine the induction effect of adventitious buds of Gerbera jamesonii. The floret type had no significant effect on the induction of adventitious buds .
