本文主要对比我国家族企业文化与国际企业文化的差别入手,一方面认为家族企业与国际企业并无必然的冲突,我国家族企业也同样可以像松下、沃尔玛这些家族企业一样成为国际企业;另一方面则认为目前主导我国家族企业的传统家族文化则是我国家族企业向国际企业进军的障碍,只有认真吸取国际企业文化的有益养分,我国家族企业才能实现质的飞跃。
This article mainly contrasts the difference between our country’s family business culture and international corporate culture. On the one hand, we think there is no necessary conflict between family business and international business. Our family business also can become an international company like the family businesses such as Panasonic and Wal-Mart. On the other hand It is considered that the traditional family culture that currently dominates the family business in our country is an obstacle for our family business to enter the international business. Only by earnestly absorbing the useful nutrients of the international corporate culture can our family-owned business achieve a qualitative leap.
