陕西省优秀运动员社会保障表现出就业渠道不畅、经济补偿不高、工资待遇较低、增长兑现迟缓、救济效率低下、职业培训困难重重等现状特征。这与陕西省现有运动员社会保障制度内容密切相关。通过系统梳理陕西省运动员社会保障的政策内容,分析归纳相关政策存在的主要问题,着重挖掘影响政策实施的具体原因,最后提出完善陕西省优秀运动员社会保障制度的对策建议。 Social security for elite athletes in Shaanxi Province shows the current status of poor employment channels, low economic compensation, low wages, slow growth, inefficient relief and heavy vocational training difficulties. This is closely related to the content of social security system of existing athletes in Shaanxi Province. By systematically sorting out the social protection policy of Shaanxi athletes, the author analyzes the main problems existing in the related policies, concentrates on the specific reasons that influence the implementation of the policies, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the social security system of outstanding athletes in Shaanxi Province.
