19世纪末20世纪初所进行的留学、视察、翻译、结社,日本教习的聘用等中日文化交流活动,在一定程度上为清末新政和立宪运动的实践,对中国的近代化过程起到了启蒙作用。来到日本的留学生和政治流亡者们,广泛搜集、阅读、翻译各种欧美的法政思想,他们在求知欲得到极大满足的同时,成就了辛亥革命的成功。
The activities of Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges such as study tours, inspections, translations, associations and employment of Japanese teaching conducted in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, to a certain extent, are the practice of the New Deal and the Constitutional Movement in the late Qing Dynasty, and have played an enlightening role in China’s modernization . The students and political exiles who came to Japan extensively collect, read and translate the various thoughts of law and government in Europe and the United States. While they were greatly satisfied with curiosity, they succeeded in the 1911 Revolution.
