美国次贷危机的爆发,给世界各国以警示。如何从微观着手预防危机爆发,如何以法律规制消费信贷,如何充分地保护个体利益等都成为我们关注的焦点。金融信用消费者在消费信贷领域作为新的消费者群体日益规模化,其有别于一般意义上的消费者,相应权益保护亦存在特殊之处。金融信用消费者保护理念本质上是由公平理念、“以人为本”理念等不同层次构成。
The outbreak of the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has given warnings to all countries in the world. How to proceed from the micro-level to prevent the outbreak of the crisis, how to regulate consumer credit by law and how to fully protect individual interests have all become the focus of our attention. As a new consumer group, consumers of financial credit have become increasingly large-scale in the field of consumer credit. They are different from consumers in the general sense of the word and their corresponding rights and interests protection are also special. The concept of financial credit consumer protection is essentially constituted by different levels of concept of fairness, “people-oriented ”.
