介绍了用水和空气为介质在试验台上进行的双螺杆泵气液两相混输试验的目的、装置和步骤,经试验和处理得到了输水时各特性参数;混输时泵的吸入气液容积比K、混合物压头H混、液体流量Q液、轴功率N轴、有效功率N效、理论流量QT、容积效率ηV、总效率η;并绘制出双螺杆泵气液两相混输外特性曲线。分析各曲线可知,随着K的增加,总效率η增加,Q混不断增加;N轴和Q液不断下降,其结论是用双螺杆泵作为油气混输泵是可行的。
The purpose, device and procedure of gas-liquid two-phase mixed transmission test of twin-screw pump with water and air as medium on the test bench are introduced. The characteristic parameters of water conveyance are obtained through experiments and treatments. Liquid volume ratio K, mixture pressure head H mixed liquid flow Q liquid, shaft power N axis, effective power N efficiency, theoretical flow QT, volumetric efficiency ηV, total efficiency η; and draw a twin screw pump gas-liquid two phase mixed transmission External characteristic curve. Analysis of the curves shows that with the increase of K, the total efficiency η increases and the Q mixing increases. The N-axis and Q-solution continuously decline. The conclusion is that it is feasible to use twin-screw pump as the oil-gas mixing pump.
