为了分析粉胶比对开级配大粒径沥青碎石路用性能的影响,采用室内试验,探索粉胶比与开级配大粒径沥青碎石体积参数、强度及路用性能的关系。发现粉胶比与开级配大粒径沥青碎石技术特性显著相关,随着粉胶比的逐渐增大,其强度、抗车辙能力和抗水损坏能力先提高后降低,抗裂能力逐渐提高。结果表明:70~#沥青下,粉胶比为1.0~1.4时,开级配大粒径沥青碎石各项技术性能良好;在进行开级配大粒径沥青碎石配合比组成设计时,建议70~#沥青下,夏热区粉胶比取1.2~1.4,冬寒区粉胶比取1.0~1.2。
In order to analyze the effect of cement ratio on the performance of open graded large size asphalt pavement, indoor test was conducted to explore the relationship between the cement ratio and the volume parameters, strength and road performance of open grading large size asphalt pavement. It is found that the cement ratio is significantly related to the technical characteristics of open graded large size asphalt pavement. With the increasing of cement ratio, the strength, rutting resistance and water damage resistance firstly increase and then decrease, and the crack resistance gradually increases . The results show that under the condition of 70 ~ # asphalt, when the ratio of cement to binder is 1.0 ~ 1.4, the technical performance of open-graded large-size asphalt pavement is good. In the design of large- Proposed 70 ~ # asphalt, summer hot zone powder ratio of 1.2 to 1.4, the winter cold area powder ratio of 1.0 to 1.2.
