水培茶苗结果表明,锌、钼在0.02~0.50gg-1范围可提高茶苗根系硝酸还原酶活性(NRA),其主要取决于生长介质中Mo的浓度,但Mo-Zn间适度的含量比及一定范围的Zn含量有利于NRA的提高;Zn、Mo增加茶苗春梢、夏稍全氮量和蛋白质含量,也促进氨基酸代谢;Zn、Mo对秋季茶苗体内全氮量无明显效应,但有利于根中氨基酸代谢.
The results of hydroponics from tea plantation showed that the nitrate reductase activity (NRA) of tea seedling roots could be increased by zinc and molybdenum in the range of 0.02-0.50gg-1, which mainly depended on the concentration of Mo in the growth medium.
