用双灵敏度VISAR测试系统测量爆炸箔冲击片飞片速度,在测试大的金属飞片(直径大于1mm)速度的基础上,对小尺寸的镀铝聚酰亚胺飞片进行测试。通过三坐标激光调节仪对入射光和反射光的对中调试,使得反射光垂直于飞片平面并增加了反射光的强度;通过使用光电信号同步机及处理软件,得到了飞片的飞行速度。将VISAR测试结果与电磁测速法和格尼能公式计算结果进行对比,得到了较好的吻合。
The dual-sensitivity VISAR test system was used to measure the impact velocity of the explosion foil and the test of the small size aluminum-plated polyimide flyer on the basis of testing the speed of large metal flyer (diameter> 1mm). The alignment of incident light and reflected light is adjusted by the three-coordinate laser regulator so that the reflected light is perpendicular to the plane of the flying plane and the intensity of the reflected light is increased. The flying speed of the flying plane is obtained through the use of a photoelectric signal synchronous machine and the processing software . Comparing the result of VISAR test with that of electromagnetic speed test and Gurney formula, we get a good agreement.
