在油菜花期喷雾Nacl溶液,研究克服白菜型油菜(Brassicacampestris)自交不亲和性。结果表明,在合肥用3%~5%的浓度,喷雾后半天内授粉,效果较好,其自交亲和指数与人工剥蕾的相当;单株套袋选育自交系,每隔3~5天喷雾一次,不需人工授粉,也可获得一定数量的自交种子.该研究为在白菜型油菜杂种优势利用研究中,选育、繁殖自交系和克服不育系与保持系之间的“自交”不亲和性,提供了经济、有效的方法。
Nacl solution was sprayed on the flowering stage of rape to study the self-incompatibility of Brassicacampestris. The results showed that in Hefei at the concentration of 3% to 5%, spray within half a day after pollination, the effect is better, and its self-compatibility index and artificial peel the same; single bagging inbred lines, every 3 ~ 5 days spray once, without artificial pollination, but also to obtain a certain number of self-seeded seeds. This study provides an economical and effective method for breeding and breeding inbred lines and overcoming the “selfing” incompatibility between CMS lines and maintainer lines in the research of heterosis utilization of Brassica campestris.
