The commonly used concepts of unplanned disassembly rate, average unscheduled disassembly time and failure time used in the reliability management of aircraft maintenance are expounded, the origin and application conditions of each concept are explained, and the corresponding formulas are given. Through the concrete maintenance example, it shows how to use these parameters to analyze the reliability of the aircraft attachment, especially in the determination of attachment performance and the application of the aviation material order.
