2012年6月13日,《法制日报》刊发了文章《强制晨读与指纹签到》,认为强制晨读缺乏法律依据、不能达到目的、构成了对公民基本权利的侵犯。~①2012年12月《中国教育法制评论(第10辑)》又发表了同一作者的《普通高校用指纹考勤强制晨读事件的合法性研究》,文章认为:强制晨读侵犯了学生的学习自由权、构成了对学生生活的干涉和人身自由的强制。指纹考勤则侵犯了公民的隐私权。~②笔者粗略检索,国内普通高校实行强制晨读的所在多有,如果真的违法,在依法治校
On June 13, 2012, the “Legal Daily” published an article entitled “Enforcement of Morning Reading and Fingerprint Registration”, arguing that compulsory morning reading lacks legal basis and can not achieve its purpose and constitutes a violation of the fundamental rights of citizens.
