顶冰花(俗名漉林),为吉林省东南部山林地带的野生草本植物,外观类似山韭菜,(请见附图)于早春4月初,在冰雪融化的地方出土,4月末和5月初开花,以后就枯萎,一般长于山坡草地,与山韭菜混杂生长。每年开春,儿童外出采集野菜,往往误认为山韭菜,食之即引起中毒,死亡率甚高。 作者回顾总结1971～1978年,直接参加抢救的12例,儿童漉林中毒的临床资料,力求对其发病、临床表现、诊断、予防、治疗等有关内容加以追溯和讨论。
Top ice (commonly known as Lu Lin), is a wild herbaceous plant in the southeastern Jilin Province, looks like the mountain leek, (see photo) in early spring early April, unearthed in the melting of ice and snow, flowers in late April and early May, after Withered, generally longer than the hillside grass, mixed with the growth of the mountain leek. Every spring, children go out to collect wild vegetables, often mistakenly believe that the mountain chives, food that is caused by poisoning, the mortality rate is very high. The author reviews 1971 ~ 1978, directly involved in the rescue of 12 cases of children Lin clinical data, and strive to its incidence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and other related content to be traced and discussed.
