中秋佳节将临,我公司为了让那些家属不在上海的职工也能欢渡佳节,打算在中秋之夜为他们举行赏月晚会。公司工会为此发了通知,要求各部门把本部门的“单身职工”人数统计好报上来。各部门的数字报来以后,工会生活委员一汇总,发现“单身职工”的人数比工会原先掌握的人数多出了两倍。仔细一查名单,发现很多家在上海的职工也名列其中。这是怎么搞的呢?工会生活委员只好一一打电话到各部门去询问,原来是好几个部门对“单身职工”的理解与工会的意图不一致,这样统计上来的数字当然就不准确了!
