作为庞大的学科教学实践,国内外语教育却长期处于“有课程、无学科”境地。但由于教育技术的介入,外语教学的技术化特征愈来愈明显,教育技术和外语教学突破了限制性和开放性范畴,达到了真正融合状态。随着国内外外语教学和教育技术进一步整合,外语教学已具备学科构建所需的理论和实证等方面的基本条件。外语教育技术学已作为一种新的科学形态呈现出来,构建外语教育技术学学科已成为外语教学和教育技术整合的必然结果。
As a huge subject teaching practice, domestic and foreign language education has long been in a “curriculum, no discipline” situation. However, due to the intervention of educational technology, the technical characteristics of foreign language teaching have become more and more obvious. Educational technology and foreign language teaching have broken through the restrictive and open categories and reached a true state of integration. With the further integration of foreign language teaching and educational technology both at home and abroad, foreign language teaching already possesses the basic conditions necessary for the discipline construction. Foreign language education technology has emerged as a new scientific form, and building a foreign language education technology discipline has become the inevitable result of foreign language teaching and educational technology integration.
