目的:探讨动态脑电图监护在大面积脑梗死患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例大面积脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为研究组和对照组两组,各40例。给予对照组患者头颅CT检查,给予研究组患者动态脑电图检查,然后对两组发病后不同时间点患者的确诊情况进行统计分析。结果:研究组发病后12h、24h、36h患者的确诊率均显著高于对照组,但两组患者发病后48h、60h患者的确诊率之间的差异均不显著。结论:动态脑电图监护在大面积脑梗死患者早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of dynamic EEG monitoring in the diagnosis of large area cerebral infarction. Methods: Eighty patients with large area cerebral infarction admitted from January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected by random sampling. According to the random number table, these patients were divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group . Patients in the control group were given craniocerebral CT examination and dynamic electroencephalogram (EEG) examination was performed in the study group. Statistical analysis was performed on the diagnosis of the patients at different time points after the onset of the disease. Results: The diagnosis rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 12h, 24h, 36h after onset, but there was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate between the two groups at 48h and 60h. Conclusion: EEG monitoring has high value in the early diagnosis of patients with large area cerebral infarction.
