为了实现企业经济效益的最大化建设,在企业文化的建设过程中,如何满足人力资源在企业文化建设中的需要,是当前众多企业为了适应快速发展的市场经济而急需解决的问题。本文及从人力资源与企业文化建设之间的关系进行探究分析,并对人力资源在企业文化建设中的作用进行型阐述,已提出人力资源管理在企业文化建设中应该注意的问题进行分析。
In order to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises, how to meet the needs of human resources in the building of enterprise culture in the process of building corporate culture is an urgent problem to be solved by many enterprises in order to adapt to the rapid development of market economy.
