乌鲁木齐石油化工厂30万吨化肥厂散装仓库采用Г形钢筋混凝土柱(图1),使钢屋架跨度由55m缩至41m,节约钢材约36%。在施工中对29t重、形状不对称的Г形柱吊点的设置问题进行了探讨。我们从三个方面来考虑吊点位置。 1.柱起吊后,应保持垂直,故吊钩与柱子总重心应在同一垂直线上,计算结果见图2,且两吊索与柱重心垂线夹角相等。 2.柱子平卧预制,在起吊时,柱子平面外由于自重而产生弯矩。故要对最不利截面
Urumqi Petrochemical Plant’s 300,000-ton chemical fertilizer plant uses a Г-shaped reinforced concrete column (Figure 1) to reduce the width of the steel roof frame from 55m to 41m, saving about 36% of steel. In the construction, the problem of setting up a 29t heavy and asymmetrical Г-shaped column lifting point was discussed. We consider the lifting point from three aspects. 1. After the column is lifted, it should be vertical, so the total center of gravity of the hook and the column should be on the same vertical line.
