本文通过对各种影响因素特别是胃液中的非特异性吸附、水质。N_aN_3的处理,选择了各种适宜条件建立了ELISA双体夹心法,对p~H4.0以上胃癌病例阳性率可提高到94.4%。 通过对1064例SIgA检出的p~H分析和实验证明,明确了SIgA检出受p~H及胃蛋白酶影响的规律,探论了胃内调正低p~H标本的方法,提高了诊断阳性率。SIgA可以用来筛选病例和作为胃癌的辅助诊断指标,同时可用于发现监视“危险易感人群”探讨阻断方法,及时发现癌变,作为参考指标对提高早癌诊断率可能有一定意义。
In this paper, non-specific adsorption and quality of water in gastric juices are influenced by various influencing factors. The treatment of N_aN_3 was performed by selecting various suitable conditions to establish the ELISA double-body sandwich method. The positive rate of gastric cancer cases above p~H4.0 can be increased to 94.4%. Through the analysis of p~H detected by 1064 cases of SIgA and experimental results, the rules of the effect of p~H and pepsin on the detection of SIgA were clarified, and the methods for correcting low p~H specimens in the stomach were explored to improve the diagnosis.
