人力资源管理是企业管理工作的重要组成部分,这一项工作开展质量的高低,直接影响着企业的整体发展,而在企业人力资源管理过程中,激励是调动员工积极性、主动性的主要手段之一,构建行之有效的激励系统,对于企业整体的进步与发展都具有重要的作用。在企业人力资源中构建激励系统,不可避免的会受到一些干扰因素而阻碍系统的构建,为此,本文就主要针对如何构建企业人力资源激励系统进行相关方面论点的探讨,以此来充分发挥人力资源对企业发展的作用。
