九气拈痛胶囊(丸),系药典方,有理气活血、止痛等功效,主要用于胸胁胀满疼痛、痛经等,《中国基本中成药》一部,提示本方可用于治疗慢性胃及十二指肠溃疡、慢性肠炎等消化系统病变,为证实其对消化性溃疡的治疗作用,现将3种不同剂量的九气拈痛胶囊对利血平所致的大鼠实验性胃溃疡、小鼠胃排空及小鼠小肠内炭末推进实验的方法与结果报告如下。1 实验材料1.1 药物 九气拈痛胶囊,湖南中医学院附一院药剂科提供。批号94822,胶囊内含物0.4g,相当生药量3g。九气拈痛丸(水泛丸),湖南中医学院附一院药剂科制备,批号940720(长)卫药剂(94)83-254。三九胃泰胶囊,深圳南方制药厂,批号940530,阳性对照药按100％生药含量计,功效消炎止痛,理气健胃。
