随着社会的发展,对于儿童阶段的教育问题,引起社会各方的重视。在家园合作中,主体双方应以尊重、平等、合作为原则,进行教育资源共享、利益互惠。文章依据客观事实,深刻真实地分析了阻碍家庭与幼儿园双方合作和发展的原因,从幼儿园文化组织,家庭需求等方面入手,进行了深入研究,探求有效提高家园合作关系的策略方法。促使家园双方树立共同的育儿理念和正确的教育价值观,充分利用双方各自的资源优势进行互补,形成正向的合力,达到家园有效合作,促使幼儿健康发展。
With the development of society, education for children’s stage has aroused the attention of all sectors of society. In their home-based cooperation, both parties should carry out educational resources sharing and mutual benefits based on the principles of respect, equality and cooperation. Based on objective facts, the article profoundly and truthfully analyzed the reasons that hinder the cooperation and development between both families and kindergartens. Based on the kindergartens’ cultural organization and family needs, the article conducted in-depth research and explored the tactics and methods for effectively improving the cooperative relations between families and kindergartens. Promote the establishment of a common concept of parenting and correct educational values for both sides of the home and make full use of their respective advantages in resources to complement each other to form a positive synergy to achieve effective cooperation in their homeland so as to promote the healthy development of children.
