考察了3种不同来源的硅胶对合成高硅ZSM-5分子筛的影响,并探讨了影响合成的原因。研究结果表明:硅胶比表面积的大小对分子筛的合成具有较大的影响,硅胶比表面积越大,合成效果越好。采用改进的合成方法(预解聚法和低温陈化法)可得到无石英杂晶的高硅ZSM-5分子筛。
The effects of three different silica sources on the synthesis of high-molecular-weight ZSM-5 molecular sieves were investigated, and the reasons for their influence on the synthesis were also discussed. The results show that the specific surface area of silica gel has a great influence on the synthesis of molecular sieve. The larger the specific surface area of silica gel, the better the synthesis effect. High-silicon-free ZSM-5 zeolite with heterogeneous crystal can be obtained by the improved synthesis method (pre-depolymerization method and low-temperature aging method).
