电视栏目是为大众服务的媒体,展示当代文化精神、表达人民心声、提高昂扬向上的民族凝聚力,是中国当代电视栏目传播追求的价值核心。因此电视栏目的传播越来越受到学术研究、政府管理以及电视机构的重视。上海援疆指挥部借助电视以传播大众文化的功能,联合推出喀什电视台三档电视栏目“喀什我最牛”“职等你来”“致富有道”。为了解这三档电视栏目在喀什地区的传播现状、社会影响,通过对收视人群的问卷调查,对此电视栏目的传播进行定量研究,同时为喀什电视栏目传播、制作实践积累参考数据。本文通过在对调查数据详细分析的基础上,肯定援疆背景下的电视节目积极面的同时,对于其发展、现存问题进行了反思,对于喀什电视节目的本土化的发展进行了思考。
The TV column is a media serving the public. Displaying the contemporary cultural spirit, expressing the people’s voice and enhancing the national cohesiveness with high spirits are the core value of the pursuit of television transmission in contemporary China. Therefore, the spread of television programs is increasingly subject to academic research, government management and television agencies. Shanghai Aid Xinjiang Command with the help of television to spread popular culture, the joint launch of Kashgar television third-level television section “Kashgar my most cattle ” “grade you ” “wealthy way ”. In order to understand the status quo and social impact of the transmission of these three television programs in Kashgar region, we conducted a quantitative research on the transmission of the television programs through questionnaire survey of the audiences and accumulated reference data for the transmission and production of Kashi TV programs. Based on the detailed analysis of the survey data, this article affirms the positive aspects of the TV programs in the context of the aid to Xinjiang and at the same time reflections on its development and existing issues, and makes some reflections on the localization of the Kashgar television programs.
