蛋白溶解酶可直接或间接破坏正常组织结构,促进癌细胞经组织中的血管壁进入管腔而造成转移,故蛋白溶解酶抑制物在控制恶性肿瘤生长速度及转移的机制中有重要意义。作者早先发现喉癌患者有纤维蛋白溶解酶的活化和血内出现纤维蛋白溶解酶现象,尤为疾病早期阶段的特征。本文报导术中取得的喉癌组织及其周围粘膜制成组织匀浆,测定其内所含蛋白溶解酶系统的主要抑制物α_2巨球蛋白(α_2M)及α_1蛋白酶抑制物(α_1)的含量,并检定某些天然及合成抑制剂对患者蛋白溶解活性(PA)和纤维蛋白溶解活性的影响。共查24
Proteolytic enzymes can directly or indirectly destroy the normal tissue structure and promote the transfer of cancer cells into the lumen through the blood vessel walls. Therefore, protein-soluble enzyme inhibitors have important significance in controlling the growth rate and metastasis mechanism of malignant tumors. The authors have previously found that patients with laryngeal cancer have fibrinolytic enzyme activation and fibrinolytic enzymes in the blood, especially in the early stages of the disease. This article reports that the laryngeal cancer tissue and its surrounding mucous membranes obtained during surgery were homogenized, and the content of α 2 macroglobulin (α 2 M) and α 1 protease inhibitor (α 1), the major inhibitors of the protein-lytic enzyme system contained in the tissue, were determined. The effect of certain natural and synthetic inhibitors on the patient’s proteolytic activity (PA) and fibrinolytic activity was also examined. Total searches 24
