10月1日起,《新食品原料安全性审查管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)将正式实施。今后,新食品原料应当具有食品原料的特性,符合应当有的营养要求,且无毒、无害,经过国家卫生计生委安全性审查后,方可用于食品生产经营。在业内看来,随着这一新规的出台,食品原料安全的审查管理将进一步收紧,有效改善国内近年来食品安全形势不容乐观的情况。《办法》实施后,原《新资源食品管理办法》将同时废止。
From October 1, the “Measures for the Administration of the Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) will be implemented. In the future, the new food raw materials should have the characteristics of food raw materials, in line with the nutritional requirements that should be, and non-toxic, harmless, after the National Health and Family Planning Commission safety review before it can be used for food production and management. In the opinion of the industry, with the promulgation of this new regulation, the review and management of the safety of food ingredients will be further tightened to effectively improve the unsatisfactory situation of food safety in the PRC in recent years. After the implementation of the Measures, the original Measures for the Administration of Food with New Resources will be abolished at the same time.
