作者用BrdU参入DNA及姊妹染色单体差别染色法测定大鼠肝部分切除后早期肝细胞再生增殖周期时间.结果发现,6—7月龄大鼠经切除肝脏67％后,肝细胞增殖周期时问为14 h,比用放射自显影法测定的时间为短.作者对检测方法及影响其检测的因素作了探讨.
