因质量问题而返工的现象在很多企业都存在。本文分析质量返工的危害及其成因,并提出采用系统的直接绩效考核法解决这一问题。
Rework due to quality problems in many companies exist. This article analyzes the hazards of quality rework and their causes, and proposes the use of systematic direct performance appraisal to solve this problem.
