基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析平台构建单道次渐进成形锥形件的有限元模型,利用数值模拟和实验方法研究单道次渐进成形锥形件的壁厚均匀临界成形角。通过研究不同成形角的锥形件,获得所用板料的壁厚均匀临界角,并分析了坯料厚度和轴向进给量对壁厚均匀临界角的影响。数值模拟结果和实验结果均表明,随着坯料厚度增大,壁厚均匀临界成形角逐渐增大,轴向进给量对壁厚均匀临界成形角影响基本无影响。
Based on the ANSYS / LS-DYNA analysis platform, a finite element model of single pass progressive forming conical was built. The uniform critical forming angle of single pass progressive forming conical was studied by numerical simulation and experimental method. By investigating conical members with different forming angles, the uniform critical angle of the plate thickness is obtained, and the influence of the blank thickness and the axial feed on the uniform critical wall thickness is analyzed. The results of numerical simulation and experimental results show that with the increase of blank thickness, the critical forming angle of wall thickness gradually increases, and the influence of axial feed rate on the uniform critical forming angle of wall thickness is basically unaffected.
