出版社的书号是一种重要资源,对它进行优化分配可以提高整个出版社的经济效益和长远发展优势。在出版社分配书号的时候主要目标是:达到整个出版社的长远发展和出版社总利润最大化。其中,通过把加大对“强势产品”的支持力度这一目标,转化为对书号分配的一个约束条件,建立在人力资源和书号总资源限制条件下,以经济利润最大化为目标的多目标线性规划模型,从而提出一种定量分析书号分配决策方法。
Publishing house number is an important resource, to optimize the distribution of it can improve the economic efficiency of the entire publishing house and long-term development advantages. The main objective when assigning a book number to a publishing house is to achieve the long-term development of the entire publishing house and maximize the total profit of the publishing house. Among them, the goal of intensifying the support for “strong products” is transformed into a constraint on the distribution of ISBN, establishing a multi-objective aiming at maximizing economic profit under the constraints of total resources of human resources and ISBN Linear programming model, thus proposed a quantitative analysis of book number allocation decision-making method.
