针对废旧油管和接箍锻件的特点和成形工艺分析,设计出利用废旧油管制备接箍件的模锻成形工艺和模具。模块化组合式的模具结构设计、矩形沟槽式夹紧镶块结构、芯轴的倒锥设计及对其前端的球面化处理,大大提高了模具的更换和维修效率,同时降低了模具的使用成本,有效解决了模锻过程中坯料的装夹定位稳定性问题,且提高了成形过程的变形均匀性和开闭模具的稳定性。通过对接箍件成形的有限元数值模拟,验证了模锻成形工艺及模具设计的合理性与可行性。采用废旧油管通过模锻成形工艺制备接箍件,为采油行业大量废弃的油管提供了一条高附加值利用的有效途径。
Aiming at the characteristics of waste tubing and coupling forgings and the analysis of the forming process, a die forging process and a mold for manufacturing a coupling part using waste tubing are designed. Modular modular structure design of the mold, rectangular groove clamping inserts structure, mandrel reverse taper design and its front-end spherical surface treatment, greatly improving the replacement and maintenance of mold efficiency, while reducing the use of mold Cost, and effectively solve the problem of clamping and positioning stability of the blank in the forging process, and improve the deformation uniformity of the forming process and the stability of the mold for opening and closing. By the finite element numerical simulation of the forming of the butt-jointed part, the rationality and feasibility of die-forging forming process and die design are verified. The use of waste tubing through the die forging process for the preparation of coupling parts for the oil industry, a large number of abandoned tubing provides an effective way to use high value-added.
