目前国内外已广泛采用固体包埋渗铝工艺,使在高温合金表面形成抗氧化、防燃气腐蚀的富铝保护层。对于某些要求精密装配的部件(例如飞机涡轮叶片的叶根和涡轮盘的联结部位等),不允许在装配处有渗铝层;或者某些部件的局部地方不需渗铝。这就要把不需渗铝的“禁渗区”保护起来。简单的办法是采用陶瓷保护套,但对于形状复杂的零件就必须要寻找一种涂料,在热处理过程中能形成致密的阻挡层,防止渗铝层的形成;热处理后又能与基体剥离,对合金表面不产生有害影响。
