文章采用文献资料法、调查法、经验总结法、观察法等研究方法对民族传统体育教学、中学课外体育活动等进行分析,结果表明:民族传统体育在中小学课外体育活动开展中受许多因素限制,其中有教材、教师及教法的原因,同时也有学校对课外体育活动不重视,管理不规范等原因。提出要发扬民族传统体育自身优势,并不断与中学生身心发展特点及体育教学规律等因素相结合,这样才能构建出与中学课外体育活动发展相适应的民族传统体育教学之路。
The article analyzes the national traditional physical education and extracurricular sports activities in middle schools by means of literature research, investigation method, experience summarization method and observation method. The results show that the national traditional physical education is restricted by many factors during the extracurricular sports activities in primary and secondary schools Among them are the reasons for the teaching materials, teachers and teaching methods, as well as schools’ neglect of extra-curricular sports activities and irregular management. It is suggested to combine the advantages of national traditional sports with the characteristics of physical and mental development of middle school students and laws of physical education so as to construct a national traditional physical education which is suitable for the development of extracurricular sports activities in middle schools.
