目的为了解和认识贵州莱姆病的存在情况 ,试图对常规分离培养莱姆病伯氏疏螺旋体的方法进行改良 ,以获得更好的分离培养效果。方法在常规法基础上改良 ,采用实验室模拟和对比观察 ,选择现场应用予以验证。结果取鼠类膀胱组织用于分离的效果较好 ,改良法的分离率高于常规法 (10 0 0 % ;6 0 7% ) ,前者检出时间比后者一般早 5~ 8天 ,同等条件下培养伯氏疏螺旋体 ,在改良法管中的生长繁殖速度明显要快 ,BSK培养基用量小。结论改良法分离培养莱姆病伯氏疏螺旋体优于常规法
Objective To understand and understand the existence of Lyme disease in Guizhou, attempt to improve the method of routine isolation and culture of Lyme disease Borrelia burgdorferi, in order to obtain a better isolation and culture. The method was improved on the basis of the conventional method, and laboratory simulation and comparative observation were used to verify the application on site. Results The isolation of rat bladder tissue was better. The separation rate of the improved method was higher than that of the conventional method (100%; 60.7%). The detection time of the former was 5-8 days earlier than the latter Under the conditions of training Borrelia burgdorferi, growth and reproduction in the modified tube was significantly faster, BSK medium with a small amount. Conclusion Improved method for the isolation and culture of Borrelia burgdorferi is superior to the conventional method
