学生所在群体的能力和特征可以看作是同伴群体对个体学生产生影响的潜在投入。研究发现:同群投入指标中同伴能力和父亲学历对学习成绩有显著影响;同群效应具有时间累积效应;以学习成绩来衡量的同伴能力对不同能力的学生有不同程度的影响;任何水平的学生都受益于同质性同伴群体。研究结论对提高教学效率和家庭教育选择有参考价值:按学生能力进行同质性分班教学有利于提高教学效率;家庭在进行教育选择时需考虑子女能力水平,选择与子女能力相当的班级。
The abilities and characteristics of the group of students can be considered as a potential input to the impact of peer groups on individual students. The study found that: peer group competency and father’s academic qualifications have significant impact on academic performance; the same-group effect has a cumulative effect of time; companion ability measured by academic performance has varying degrees of impact on students with different abilities; Students benefit from a homogeneous peer group. The conclusions of the study have reference value for improving teaching efficiency and family education choice: teaching students with the same quality according to students’ ability will be helpful to improve teaching efficiency. Family should consider children’s ability level and choose children’s ability class when making education choice.
