目的:探讨不同提取工艺的生殖营养方对小鼠肾功能的影响。方法:100只雄性健康小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、生殖营养方1(水提)、2(70%乙醇提)、3(40%乙醇提)共5组,模型与生殖营养方3组按300 mg.kg-1腺嘌呤灌胃造模,每周2次;造模同时生殖营养方组分别灌胃不同提取工艺的生殖营养方煎剂,按生药量折算为1.96 g.kg-1,每周5次,试验周期为2个月。结果:生殖营养方各提取物组显著降低腺嘌呤染毒小鼠血浆中的肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸(LD)含量及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的活性(P<0.05),显著降低肾组织中的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性(P<0.05),并显著升高琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性及蛋白(Pr)浓度(P<0.05)。均以水提物的保护作用最好。结论:不同提取工艺的生殖营养方对腺嘌呤染毒造成的小鼠肾功能的损伤有保护作用,以水提效果最好。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different extraction process of reproductive nourishment on renal function in mice. Methods: One hundred healthy male mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, reproductive nourishment prescription 1 (water extraction), 2 (70% ethanol extract) and 3 (40% ethanol extract) 3 groups were fed with 300 mg.kg-1 adenine by gavage twice a week. The model group with simultaneous reproductive nutrition group were given gavage of different kinds of reproductive nutrition decoction, which was converted into 1.96 g.kg -1, 5 times a week, the test period is 2 months. Results: The extract of reproductive nourishment group significantly reduced the levels of creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), lactate (LD) and xanthine oxidase (XOD) ) Significantly reduced the activities of ACP and AKP (P <0.05), and significantly increased the activities of SDH and P <0.05). Water extracts are the best protection. Conclusion: The reproductive nourishment of different extraction process has the protective effect on the damage of renal function caused by adenine in mice, and the effect of water extraction is the best.
