胜利油田设计院和四川空气分离设备厂共同设计的深冷分离装置,由石油部六公司在胜利油田压气站建成,于1985年10月开始试运,12月投产一次成功。装置由压缩、干燥、深冷分离和分馏四部分组成。压缩部分利用原有的4M12—100/42压缩机6台;干燥部分有中1450—10804分子筛干燥器3台;深冷分离部分有冷箱和膨胀机组2套(1套备用);分馏部分有脱乙烷塔、液化气塔和丙烷塔。还利用了压气站原有氨压缩冷冻系统作为辅助冷源。
