用化学发光法观测了维拉帕米对人血PMN细胞受PMA刺激发生呼吸暴发产生的活性氧,黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的O,VitC-Cu ̄(2+)-酵母多糖体系产生的·OH,及H_2O_2的释放反应的影响。结果表明,维拉帕米对PMN细胞的呼吸暴发全过程均有显著的抑制作用:对O有清除作用;对H_2O_2的释放反应有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖性,IC_(50)分别为136nmol/L,28.1nmol/L和22.3nmol/L;对·OH则无作用。
The chemiluminescence method was used to observe the effect of verapamil on the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by respiratory burst of PMMA stimulated by PMA in human blood. O, VitC-Cu ~ (2 +) - zymosan system produced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system · OH and H 2 O 2 release reactions. The results showed that verapamil had a significant inhibitory effect on the whole process of respiratory burst in PMN cells: scavenging O; inhibiting the release of H 2 O 2 in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 of 136 nmol /L,28.1nmol/L and 22.3nmol / L; no effect on · OH.
