核能作为一种新型的清洁能源,在人们的生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。核设施的泄漏、核电站的安全问题成为了我们利用核能必须要解决的头等大事。在此基础上,核保险和核共体应运而生并发挥了重要的作用。与发达国家相比,我国的核电站保险存在着险种不健全、覆盖面低、赔偿限额低、对外依存度高等不足。本文针对这些不足,提出了具体的发展建议。我们要大力发展经济、促进我国生产力的发展,采取适当措施、促进我国保险业整体水平的提高,完善核电站保险的相关制度,健全核共体的组织机构和工作机制,提高对相关人才的培养力度,积极同国际核共体接轨,注重独立自主,积极研发适合我国国情的新型核电站保险模式。 As a new type of clean energy, nuclear energy plays an increasingly important role in people’s lives. The leakage of nuclear facilities and the safety of nuclear power plants have become the number one priorities that we must address in utilizing nuclear energy. On this basis, nuclear insurance and the Nuclear Commonwealth came into being and played an important role. Compared with the developed countries, China’s nuclear power plant insurance there is insurance is not perfect, low coverage, low compensation limit, high dependence on foreign. In response to these deficiencies, this paper put forward specific proposals for development. We must vigorously develop the economy and promote the development of productive forces in our country. We should take appropriate measures to promote the improvement of the overall insurance industry in our country, perfect the system of insurance for nuclear power stations, improve the organizational structures and working mechanisms of the nuclear community and improve the training of relevant personnel Actively align with the international nuclear community, pay attention to independence and actively develop a new type of nuclear power station insurance model that suits our national conditions.
