电力作为一次能源消耗的重要途径,在化石能源的消耗及二氧化碳(CO2)排放中占据重要的地位。文中阐述了发展低碳电力的重要意义,指出建立智能电网低碳指标体系的必要性。对智能电网低碳指标体系的重要意义进行了探讨,确定了建立该体系的出发点和落脚点。详细介绍了低碳指标体系的设计原则、建立方法及评估内容,并对该体系的实现步骤进行了介绍。最后对低碳指标体系的应用进行了展望。
As an important way of energy consumption, electricity plays an important role in the consumption of fossil fuels and in the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2). The article expounds the importance of developing low-carbon electricity and points out the necessity of establishing a low carbon index system for smart grid. The significance of the low-carbon index system of smart grid was discussed, and the starting point and ending point of the system was established. The paper introduces the design principles of low carbon index system, the establishment method and evaluation content in detail, and introduces the realization steps of this system. Finally, the application of low carbon index system is prospected.
