目的:探测直接打光法、定向反射法、全波段CCD(紫外光源)法对遗留在不同客体上汗潜指印显现提取效果优劣。方法:在不同客体上分别捺印1枚指印,在指印捺印后的15天内,用直接打光法、定向反射法、全波段CCD法进行显现提取,记录每次显现提取情况。结果:全波段CCD与其它两种光学方法相比,操作相对简单,显现指印效果佳,但所需仪器设备贵,对后续的DNA检测及操作人员的人身健康有一定的损害作用。结论:三种方法均存在优缺点,在实际工作中应根据实际情况选择适合方法。
Objective: To detect direct light method, directional reflection method, full-band CCD (ultraviolet light source) method for the presence of different guest sweat latent fingerprints show the advantages and disadvantages of the extraction. Methods: One fingerprints were printed on different objects. Within 15 days after fingerprinting, direct light method, directional reflectance method and full-band CCD method were used to extract and record each extracted condition. Results: Compared with the other two optical methods, the full-band CCD has the advantages of relatively simple operation, good fingerprinting effect, but expensive equipment required for subsequent DNA testing and operator’s personal health. Conclusion: There are advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, and the practical method should be based on the actual situation.
