目的 :研究原位子宫内膜和子宫腺肌病异位内膜Bcl - 2在月经周期中的表达情况 ,并探讨子宫腺肌病和子宫内膜异位症Bcl- 2不同表达的原因。方法 :应用免疫组织化学LSAB方法研究 2 0例原位子宫内膜和子宫腺肌病异位内膜的Bcl- 2表达。结果 :原位子宫内膜腺体的Bcl-2表达在月经周期中存在周期性变化 :从增生早期至分泌早期 ,腺上皮细胞均呈Bcl- 2阳性反应 ,增生中晚期Bcl- 2表达最强 ,至分泌中晚期则表达基本消失。子宫腺肌病异位内膜腺上皮细胞的Bcl- 2表达与子宫内膜异位症不同 ,在月经周期中也存在明显的周期性变化 :增生期表达较强 ,分泌期表达则明显减弱甚至消失。结论 :子宫腺肌病和子宫内膜异位症患者异位子宫内膜Bcl- 2表达的差异提示 :二者异位的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞之间可能存在着不同的性激素调节机理 ,或是对性激素的敏感性不同。
AIM: To investigate the expression of Bcl - 2 in eutopic endometrium and adenomyosis of eutopic endometrium and to analyze the reasons of different expression of Bcl - 2 in adenomyosis and endometriosis. Methods: Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to study the expression of Bcl-2 in ectopic endometrium of 20 cases of endometriosis and adenomyosis. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 in the endometrial glands of the endometrium was periodically changed during the menstrual cycle. From the early proliferative stage to the early stage of secretory secretion, the positive expression of Bcl-2 in the glandular epithelial cells was the highest , To the late secretion of the basic expression disappeared. Bcl-2 expression in ectopic glandular epithelial cells of adenomyosis is different from that of endometriosis, and there are also obvious periodic changes in the menstrual cycle: the expression of Bcl-2 is significantly increased in the proliferative phase and obviously decreased in the secretory phase disappear. Conclusion: The difference of Bcl-2 expression in ectopic endometrium in patients with adenomyosis and endometriosis suggests that there may exist different mechanisms of sex hormone regulation between ectopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells, or It is different for the sensitivity of sex hormones.
