目的 观察藻酸双酯钠 (PSS)治疗大叶性肺炎的疗效及机制。方法 对大叶性肺炎患儿应用PSS治疗 ,观察治疗前后白细胞变形能力 (LD)、粘附功能 (LAF)和肺部呼吸音及X线胸片恢复时间的变化。结果 患儿的白细胞滤过指数 (LFI)和白细胞粘附率 (LAR)明显增高 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异。PSS治疗组治疗后LFI、LAR明显低于普通治疗组 ,差异有显著性 ;肺部 口罗音和X线胸片恢复时间均明显缩短 ,与普通治疗组比较有显著性差异。结论 PSS具有改善肺部体征 ,提高治疗效果的作用 ,这种作用可能是通过改善LD和降低LAF而实现的。
Objective To observe the efficacy and mechanism of sodium alginate sodium (PSS) in the treatment of lobar pneumonia. Methods PSS was applied to treat children with lobar pneumonia. The changes of leucocyte deformability (LD), adhesion function (LAF), lung breath sounds and recovery times of X-ray before and after treatment were observed. Results The leukocyte filtration index (LFI) and leucocyte adhesion rate (LAR) in children were significantly higher than those in the control group. The PSI treatment group after treatment, LFI, LAR was significantly lower than the normal treatment group, the difference was significant; pulmonary rales and X-ray chest recovery time were significantly shorter, compared with the normal treatment group were significantly different. Conclusions PSS has the effect of improving lung signs and improving the therapeutic effect, which may be achieved through improving LD and decreasing LAF.
