目的研究大叶小檗根石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取物对小鼠耳廓炎症的抑制作用。方法采用二甲苯、巴豆油致小鼠耳廓炎症,观察并计算小鼠耳肿胀度,确定大叶小檗根的抗炎活性。结果大叶小檗根的乙酸乙酯萃取物能明显抑制二甲苯和巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀;石油醚萃取物对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀有明显的抑制作用。结论大叶小檗根乙酸乙酯萃取物的抗炎活性强于石油醚萃取物,大叶小檗根具有一定的抗炎活性。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract of Berberine on the auricle inflammation in mice. Methods The auricle inflammation of mice induced by xylene and croton oil was observed and calculated. The anti-inflammatory activity of Berberis rhizome was determined. Results Ethyl acetate extract of Berberis rhizome could significantly inhibit the auricular swelling of mice induced by xylene and croton oil. Petroleum ether extract significantly inhibited the auricular swelling induced by croton oil in mice. Conclusion The anti-inflammatory activity of ethyl acetate extract of Euonymus japonicus is stronger than that of petroleum ether extract, and the root of Berberis has a certain degree of anti-inflammatory activity.
