采用溶剂热法合成了金属有机骨架材料MIL-53(Al)用于对污水中Ni~(2+)的处理研究,并与Al_2O_3对污水中Ni~(2+)的去除效果进行了比较。样品通过热重-差热(TG)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附-脱附等方法进行表征。采用光度吸收法分析污水中Ni~(2+)在处理前和处理后的浓度差别,结果显示,MIL-53(Al)对Ni~(2+)的去除率达到92%,Al_2O_3对Ni~(2+)的去除率达到82%,MIL-53(Al)对污水中Ni~(2+)的去除能力明显优于多孔材料Al_2O_3。
The metal-organic framework material MIL-53 (Al) was synthesized by solvothermal method for the treatment of Ni 2+ in wastewater. The effect of Al 2 O 3 on the removal of Ni 2+ in wastewater was also compared. The samples were characterized by thermogravimetry - differential thermal analysis (TG), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X - ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 physisorption - desorption. The results showed that the removal rate of Ni 2+ by MIL-53 (Al) reached 92%. The effect of Al 2 O 3 on the Ni ~ (2+) removal rate of 82%, MIL-53 (Al) removal of Ni 2+ in wastewater was significantly better than the porous material Al 2 O 3.
