原川东气田采出的天然气经集中脱硫脱水后再输出,这种集中脱硫脱水管网布置会使单井至脱硫厂输送湿含硫天然气管道腐蚀严重,爆管事故频繁发生;管内积水严重,管输效率低,冬天经常发生管道冰堵,影响安全生产。为了有效缓解湿天然气给管线站场带来的危害,在新建大天池输气干线沿线进气点均设置了脱水装置,保证了干线干气输送。其中,引进的四套橇装脱水装置均采用三甘醇作为脱水剂。整个脱水装置采用橇装布置,由吸收橇、再生橇、燃料气脱硫橇、仪表风橇四个橇块组成。引进脱水装置试运考核的结果表明,装置各项技术指标均达到或接近设计值。并简要介绍了龙门气田引进的四套天然气脱水装置主要工艺流程、设计参数及试运情况,详细分析主要工艺参数、消耗指标、突出特点及尚需完善的问题,并从现场操作维护的角度对引进脱水装置作出评价、建议。
The natural gas collected from the original East Sichuan Gas Field will be output after centralized desulfurization and dewatering. This centralized desulfurization and dehydration pipe network arrangement will cause serious corrosion of the pipeline transporting wet and sour natural gas from single well to the desulfurization plant, and the explosion pipe burst frequently occurs. Tube transport efficiency is low, the winter ice pipe blocking often affect the safety of production. In order to effectively mitigate the damage caused by wet natural gas to the pipeline station, dewatering devices are installed at the air intake points along the Tianchi Main Line to ensure the dry gas transmission. Among them, the introduction of four skid-mounted dehydration devices are used triethylene glycol as a dehydrating agent. The whole dewatering device is skid-mounted and consists of four skid blocks: absorption skid, regeneration skid, fuel gas skid skid, and instrument skid. The introduction of dehydration device commissioning assessment results show that the device of the technical indicators have reached or close to the design value. The main technological process, design parameters and trial operation of four sets of natural gas dehydration units introduced in Longmen Gas Field are briefly introduced. The main process parameters, consumption indexes, outstanding features and the problems still to be improved are analyzed in detail.
